Paul Fu, Director
Yu Ying,
Holding a degree in Economics and International Trade from Northwestern Polytechnic University, Ms. Yu leads the Sales and Marketing effort at Falcon AV. Living in Beijing since 2004, Yu has been working closely throughout her career with Fortune 500 companies.
Grace Wang, HR Director
Since Falcon AV’s inception in 2004, Ms. Wang has been directing all human resource programs and policies including compensation, benefits, hiring, training, development, and corporate culture. Prior to Falcon AV, Ms. Wang held a senior HR management role in a well-known software company, and previous to that, in a variety of educational institutions.
Sheng Ge, Engineering Director
With over 10 years of experience running Audio Visual rental and installation companies, Mr. Sheng brought his technical expertise and professionalism to Falcon AV in 2005. At 18, Mr. Sheng began his career as the apprentice to a lighting designer for a film production company and has spent his entire life since working in the Audio Visual industry. Mr. Sheng truly is one of the pioneers of this industry in China.
Ivy Zhao, Finance Director
Ms. Zhao was one of the first graduates of Beijing University’s Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) program in 2004, and started her career at Falcon AV as an accountant. Ms. Zhao now serves as the Finance Director for the entire company, overseeing all financial reporting and processes as well as strategic planning.
